  4.   The catalogue will be printed graphically together with the thumbnails
  5.   on printers with graphic capability. A menu also appears where
  6.   parts of the catalogue to be printed may be specified via
  7.   starting and ending page. One single page will always be used
  8.   for putting, depending on the catalogue's type, 24 resp. 40
  9.   entries onto it.
  10.   This form of printing catalogues only produces high quality when using
  11.   Laser or inkjet printers. But various utilities (e.g. TurboPrint)
  12.   may also greatly increase the quality of printing.

  14.   Quite amazing results are possible on laser printers or
  15.   colour printers like HP-Inkjet, Epson Stylus colour etc..

  17.   Should TurboPrint 4.0 or greater be installed to your system,
  18.   its PrintManager will be automatically started in the background
  19.   for high quality printing the catalogue.
